but we must traverse the winter of perimenopause first.
What if this time in a woman's life could become a heroine's journey instead of a list of symptoms that we resist?
What if this time is our opportunity to distill the wisdom gained in our lived years into the map for our next chapter?
Join a wise & wily band of mid-life muses this winter as we reclaim the magic, majesty & mess that is perimenopause & rewrite the story into your own unique mythology of womanhood.
Through women's circles, art making, storytelling, and more, we will follow Persephone into the underworld of perimenopause & return in the springtime with our own pearl of remembering.
This winter, October - February we meet one Saturday a moonth.
In this exquisite wintry process, we will dive deep & wide to explore how perimenopause is shaping & preparing us for the next juicy phase of life.
As we sit together each session in circle, we will be witnessed by our sisters through the trials & triumphs that arise at this stage of initiation in a woman's life.
We will each create a round mosaic piece of art during this 5 moonth journey. Each session we will spend time crafting one section of the portal art that will embody our personal & collective mythos.
Each session will have a theme to explore as you make meaning of your lived experience in good company.
On the final session (on a full Moon), we will each place a pearl in the center of our work of art & offer our story, the wisdom we have gleaned & the dreams that have been quietly stirring all winter long. This portal is yours to support you in remembering your power, pleasure & purpose going forward...
This is a profound & joyful journey of reclamation for the perimenopausal & newly menopausal woman looking to bravely take ownership of her story so she can be the creator of her life instead of the victim of her circumstances!
