The goal of these sessions is to activate your own inner Instincts & Intuition by having them reflected back to you. We as human animals learn by watching & then by doing - it is pre-programmed into our biology!
By sharing space with someone who lives life by Instinct & Intuition, you will receive the blueprint of how to listen & follow your unique personal guidance system. Think of these sessions as soul led, somatic reminders of what you already possess within.
Easing the Mind, Opening the Heart
You will be supported in formulating the right questions to help ease the busy mind about your troubles. When we are seen, heard and supported in finding our authentic truth- the stress releases and we can find peace in our choices. We will use some Divination practices to support this initial mapping.
Together, we create clarity not through answers, but through truth-finding questions and deep reflection.

After we support the mind and heART in this way - we move to supporting the body and the soul with whatever is called for : somatic movement, energy work, Family Constellations, tuning forks, meditation, drum & song ~ whatever Great Mystery requests for your healing process.
Each session is alive and guided by what your being needs most.
Before your Instinct & Intuition Session, I will cast a Circle on your behalf and call in our guides, allies, and Well Ancestors. When you arrive, there will already be cards and support present to begin your session.
