It can feel overwhelming to try to fit things into the calendar each season... And it's even harder now to think of ourselves amidst the chaos of our country & the pain of our fellow humans worldwide.

Yet if you don't make yourself a priority, who will?

And if you are not priortizing self care, how can you have energy to contribute during these anxious times?
This is more than self care;
it’s Soul Care.
This is not another online course, doctor visit or dull annual routine thing...
