Team WYLD and I appreciate you so much, and our desire is to have you enJOY your purchase as a satisfied customer. However, we know sometimes issues can occur... so we want to make sure you have all the details before purchasing!
My business currently uses Printify as our drop ship printing provider. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind after receiving; therefore please make sure you are ordering the correct size/color per the guidelines offered and that you feel good about your purchase.
Please also double-check your shipping information, as we are not liable for issues involving incorrect shipping details.
Thank you so much for your grace and understanding! If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our Wyld Fempyre Customer Care team right away at email@example.com within 10 days of product delivery so that we may offer a solution (please include all pertinent information from your package). We happily offer a free replacement in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
Unfortunately, if you do not notify us within this 10-day timeframe, we are unable to replace your purchase. We expect a good shopping experience here at Ms. Wyld - however, please do not hesitate to contact us if something unusual arises and we will do our utmost to find a solution that works for all!
